Semi Automatic Heat Shrink Film Packing Machine is suitable for packing of such products as pop-top, mineral water, bottles, beer, drinks etc without bottom tray, working with PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly. The whole production process adopts the advanced technology and the main parts are imported from international famous companies, capacity stable and using long-time, it consists of seven actuating motor, through cooperation with 7 actuating motor to form the product packed with plastic film and several bottles as a group come out from the hot shrinking packing machine

Features

The heat shrink film packing machine is suitable for dinnerware, cans, glass bottles, beer, mineral water and other products of the bundle packaging, meanwhile can also be used for small box, carton, wood, steel, building materials, ceramics, household appliances, computers and other kinds of product packaging.

1. High temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, sealing action without smoking and burned. Sealed part is tidy and clean.

2. Covering Teflon on the sealing knife.

3. After sealing action, packing product go in the shrink tunnel automatically by the conveyor belt.

4. Conveyor belt is adjustable on the high by a hand wheel.

5. There is a manual/auto switch. When choose auto function, Whole sealing action controlled by cylinder automatically, with fast packing speed.

6. Double electromagnets make stronger pressure.

7. Adjustable film layer with needle device, it is able to fit different size film, max 550mm.

8. Sealing knife has hot protection device on.
